Teens spend almost 8.5 hours a day glued to screens: IPS survey

A new survey showed that teenagers spend almost 8.5 hours a day on screens, with stress play a significant role. More than half of the respondents have admitted that they use their devices to intervene or delay. 64% of adolescents believe that their screen time is simply correct, while only 28% were considered excessive. However, more than 40% of parents believed that their teenagers spend too much time on their devices. Studies have also shown that for a long time, the screen, especially on social networks, is closely related to an increased sense of isolation and disconnection. Alexander Anand reports.
