Three accused after repeated complaints of trouble News, sports, work

Three city residents face accusation after the city police responded to a complaint about the north side of the city early on Wednesday morning.

Margaret Connolly, 47 years old, Joseph Connolly, 20 years old, and Illinoes Jackson, 21 years old, all face individual incidents at the same address. According to police, the first call came at 12:33 in the morning, when the police responded to a complaint about noise. Margaret and Joseph Connolly were quoted for violation of the city order and provided tickets for the appearance to be later in Jamestown.

The police returned to the same address at 2:13 in the morning for a notified disobedient person. Connolly was taken to the city prison after allegedly threatened with a man in the house. The officers then answered at 3:12 in the morning after Jackson allegedly violated the protection order to stay away from the woman at the address. Police responded recently at 3:35 am, when the officers responded to the report that the woman was screaming for help. Joseph Connolly allegedly pushed a woman, causing minor injuries to his face. Joseph Connolly was also arrested and delivered to a city prison.

Margaret Connolly was accused of unnecessary noise and second -degree harassment. Joseph Connolly was accused of unnecessary noise and a third degree attack. Jackson was accused of second -degree criminal disdain. All three were delivered to the city prison until they were detained.
