Among the long investigations in the case of land distribution in urban development (Mava) activist Snhamay Kryshna filed a complaint against Chamundeshwari JD (S) MLA GT DeveGowda for the purchase of 19 areas, illegally on the scheme of 50:50 without compensation of the original landowner.

On Tuesday, on Tuesday, Kryshna visited the missur’s office of Lokayruk and filed a complaint against Devegoud and his son Hunsur Mla Hrish Govd. As part of the complaint, Kryshna submitted documents and photos, including images, which usually shows Devegowda, who attends the residence of the landowner for negotiations.

“I provided Lokayukta documents and photos, including GT Devegowda evidence that visits the landowner’s house. These records show how the sites were purchased illegally according to the 50:50 ratio. I hope for a fair investigation in this issue, “Kryshna told journalists on Wednesday.

In the complaint, Kryshna stated that Devegowda purchased the land of 2.22 acre without compensation of the original landowner for 2.22 tenths of land in questioning No. 81/2 in Deanuri. He also accused the nephew of Devegov, Mahendra of the same arrangement. He argued that several politicians and influential persons provided sites through Benami operations, with a great example.

The activist has expressed anxiety about the role of Maoa and income in the release of the house for land as agricultural services, despite the fact that it is part of the developed Muda, where some areas have been living for more than two decades.

Responding to the accusation, GT Devegowda stated that the investigation would be conducted if his nephew Mahendra illegally received seats from Mud. He also asked if Maoa divided the deanur survey into several parts to form a layout. “The probe has to dig the truth about whether the compensation was indeed paid in the first place for the acquisition of the said land,” he said.

Rejecting the claims for Benami transaction, Devegowda claimed that the land was legally acquired from farmers. He assured that there would be no offenses if Mahendra had legally purchased sites under the scheme 50:50, subject to the process to legal rules. “The investigation must determine whether the whole process has followed the rules and rules,” he added.
