Several defendants recognize Rico’s wine for transportation and hire unauthorized workers

Kansas -City, Missouri (KCTV) – several defendants have pleaded guilty in the Federal Court in Kansas -City for their role in conspiracy to racketeed on “transportation, hiring and shelter, which did not confirm workers in several states of the Central West,” – opened Court documents.

“This case sends a clear and unambiguous message: the use of unauthorized workers will not tolerate and will have serious consequences,” said Mark Zito, a responsible special agent of HSI Kansas City.

Zito said that the federal agents “revealed the flashy and systematic disregard for the laws on the employment of our country”, in the case concerning the owner, the president, the chief financial director and the controller of Jopline, Missouri.

In total, seven defendants from Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Mexico have pleaded guilty. These include Jose Luis Bravo, 54, from Clarmora, Oklahoma; Jose Guadalup once, 54, from Charles Junshchn, Missouri; Anthony Edward Doll, 46 years old, and Miguel Tarin-Martinez, 46, both from Joplin, Missouri; Alejandro Castillo-Ramres, 43 years old, a citizen of Mexico; Himime Ramirez-bridge, 46 years old, a citizen of Mexico; But Veronica is once Lara, 50 years old, from Great Bend, Kansas.

Each person acknowledged that they were part of the conspiracy from January 2018 to August 2021, which transported and worked as a Mexican, Guatemalan and Salvadora citizens who were not authorized to live or work in the United States. The conspirators also encouraged behavior by giving them housing – and in some cases fraudulent identification documentation, court documents report.

Jose Luis Bravoos is a partial owner of Specialty Foods Distribution, a corporation based in Joplin, Missouri. Jose Guadalup is once the president of the distribution of special foodstuffs, and Anthony Edward Doll-Main Financial Employees, and Miguel Tarin-Martinz-controller.

Several involved persons have admitted that they contribute to false identification of unauthorized workers and the movement of unauthorized workers in different cities in the Middle West.

According to the federal statutes, each of the defendants faces up to 20 years in a federal prison without conditionally -dollar release.
