23-year-old Javonte Hollowaus has pleaded guilty to the intention to distribute and distribute acetyl fentanyl and fentanyl before US District Judge Lawrence J. Willardo.

The US Prosecutor’s Office stated that Hollowae has sold a large amount of heroin, fentanyl and acetyl of fentanyl in the area of ​​Locport and usually sold substances in the form of fake hydrocodon tablets known as “Percs” or “M-30S”. From July to December 2022, Hollowai regularly sold counterfeit pills to Pari Lukeport, who gave birth to a young child. In December 2022, the police responded to the apartment and found a child who did not respond, the child was taken to the Eastern Niagara Hospital and later declared dead.

According to the US Prosecutor’s Office, a few straws with residues and four blue tablets with “M” and “30” were removed from the bedroom, where the child was not responsible and testing determined that straw and tablets contained fentanyl and acetyl fentanil. In February 2023, law enforcement agencies seized two dozen round blue tablets marked with “M-30” from Hollowae’s residence. They were tested and confirmed that they contain fentanyl.

Holloway is planned to be sentenced to June 10. The prosecution has a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
