UGA Wide Receiver does not pleads any competition for a misdemeanor, ESPN reports

Atlanta, California (Atlanta News FIRST) – a wide receiver Georgia Kolby Young has not expressed any competition for the offense of charges of initiating a criminal proceedings arising from his arrest in October, ESPN reports.

Young was arrested on October 8 and accused of attacking an unborn baby and a battery after she was beaten by a woman who claims to be his ex -girl.

According to police reported by the Associated Press, the woman told officers that she went to Yang’s apartment, “to talk about their relationship.” She said the discussion became heated, “after she learned that he was on the phone with another woman.” The woman said that Police Young “physically pulled her out of her room” and “grabbed her behind” and “lifted her and began to squeeze her torso and belly very much.”

The woman said to the police that she believes “trying to hurt her.” The arrest officer stated that Young had denied the responsibility for the bruise, discoloration and redness that the officer found in the woman and denied grab her.

Later, the woman asked to reject these accusations.

Georgia Kirby Smart’s coach put the young man on an indefinite termination after his arrest, and he did not play the team for the rest of the season.
