The suit follows a recent case brought against him by Nikita Hand, which he lost. The latest case alleges the incident occurred on June 9, 2023, when the Miami Heat were playing the Denver Nuggets in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

McGregor’s attorney, Barbara Llanes, dismissed the complaint in a statement earlier this week, saying: “After a thorough investigation at the time, the state attorney concluded there was no case to proceed.

“Nearly two years and at least three lawyers later, the plaintiff has a new false story. We are sure that this case will also be closed.”

The summons and complaint were filed in Florida courts on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The complaint states that “the suit alleges that Conor Anthony McGregor sexually assaulted Jane Doe while she was a guest at the Courtside Club at the Kaseya Center, located at 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL on June 9-10, 2023. .”

The legal complaints state that she is “49 years old and worked as a senior vice president of Wall Street at a prominent financial institution.”
