Mumbai Police confirmed that the Railway Protection Force (RPF) arrested a person traveling in the general compartment of the train. The suspect, who is believed to match the attacker in CCTV footage from the actor’s Bandra apartment, is now being questioned. The previous suspect was arrested from Madhya Pradesh.

The Mumbai Crime Branch has launched an intensive investigation after a Bollywood actor was attacked during a suspected robbery attempt at his Bandra residence. The suspect was last seen on CCTV footage at Bandra and Dadar railway stations with a black ‘Fast Track’ bag, which became a key piece of evidence.

CCTV footage from various locations, including Bandra and Dadar, provided crucial information for the police. Based on this evidence, the authorities alerted the railways, which led to the arrest of the suspect in Chhattisgarh’s Durg district. His mobile number is reportedly registered in the name of Rajendra Codepe of Rajnandgaon district. However, official confirmation of this person is awaited.

The suspect was detained by local law enforcement officers while on the train. He looks a lot like the man seen fleeing the crime scene. According to police sources, the bag he was carrying was bought from a local roadside market.

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed six times by an assailant during a suspected robbery attempt at his luxury apartment in Bandra. The actor was rushed to Lilavati Hospital by an autorickshaw driver, where he underwent emergency surgery to remove the 2.5-inch blade fragment from his spine.

Police questioned key witnesses, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, the couple’s nanny, and the autorickshaw driver. Despite the arrest of the suspect, concrete evidence has not yet been found. Mumbai police are working to establish the suspect’s identity and motive.

The Railway Protection Force and the Mumbai Police are continuing to work together to uncover more details. Law enforcement officers are reviewing additional CCTV footage and questioning the suspect to establish his involvement. The stabbing incident highlighted the importance of swift action and coordination between law enforcement agencies.

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is now recovering and is reportedly out of danger. The authorities are determined to ensure justice and close the case.
