Coronation Street delivers drama with a capital D next week as confirmed in my new spoilerswith a a big shock is on the cards in court and the resident receives long-awaited results.

Lauren Bolton(Kate Fitton) the trial continues and Roy Cropper (David Neilson) stands up, doing everything in his power to ensure her freedom.

But an unexpected turn of events could destroy everything.

elsewhere David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) while at the police station, he is approached by a face from his past Daisy Midgley (Charlotte Jordan) obtains results which confirm the father of her unborn child.

Monday, January 20

Roy fears that he has misled the jury by testifying and takes the opportunity to reiterate how kind and caring Lauren is.

Brie, however, appears in court and blurts out that Lauren assaulted her last night. Will it interfere with the court?

Wednesday, January 22

Shawna drags David to the police station to find out about Logan, who remains at large after his role in Mason’s death. David is surprised to see Andy, the guy he was with in prison.

Andy asks for David’s phone to add his number so they can arrange a drink. However, Craig advises David to stay away from him.

Friday, January 24

Daisy undergoes a DNA test that reveals who the father of her unborn child is. Jenny wants to know, but Daisy deletes the email, telling her stepmother that neither man is good enough to be the baby’s father.

Jenny disagrees and insists that Daniel and Keith will want to know, but Daisy stands her up again.
