New Delhi, Jan 16 (PTI) A Delhi court on Thursday issued notices to Chief Minister Atisha and AAP MP Sanjay Singh on a defamation complaint filed by former Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit.

Additional Chief Justice Paras Dalal directed the AAP leaders to file their reply by January 27 when the court will hear the matter further.

The defamation complaint alleged that Atishi and Singh “intentionally damaged the good name of Dikshit”.

It alleged that in a press conference, Atishi and Singh had alleged that Dikshit had not only taken crores of rupees from the BJP, but the Congress had also colluded with the BJP to defeat the AAP.
