A big shock for Coronation Street’s iconic clan when a family member’s killer ‘comes back’ | Soap

Among Gail(Helen Worth) output of the storyline in Coronation Streetsoon the Platt family will face a new problem David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) begins receiving messages from Weatherfield Prison.

Your first thought will probably be that it has to do with Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths). It was confirmed a few weeks ago David stole a bag of money Damon hid Sara (Tina O’Brien).

Intriguingly, Damon doesn’t seem to be involved in this new story, as we also learned in the week that the messages from the prison were actually addressed to Shauna (Julia Golding).

Walking over after looking at the email, David takes the letter out of his back pocket, but covers it when Shauna enters.

The Platt clan has there’s a lot going on right now. A few days ago, Gail was rushed to the hospital surgery to install a stent in her heart.

The storyline will eventually lead to Gail’s departure from the showwhen Helen Worth says goodbye to the street after almost 50 years.
