Candice Owens Says Blake Lively Is a ‘Bad Person’ Amid Justin Baldoni Battle

The controversy between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoniwhich stars in It All Ends With Us continues to escalate. The tension, which reportedly began at the film’s premiere, escalated when Lively filed a complaint accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In response, Baldoni filed a counterclaim.

Now, Candace Owens, an American political columnist known for her opinions on topical issues, has opened up about the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni case. In the new episode of The Candice Show, which aired on January 8, she shared her thoughts on the ongoing feud between the two Hollywood stars. She mentioned that the Gossip Girl alum is a “bad person,” making it clear that she’s not a fan of the actress.

Holding nothing back, the 35-year-old scandal commentator said: “Don’t let (the lawsuit) distract you from the fact that she’s not a good person. She’s a modern-day feminist.” She also questioned Lively’s strategy, stressing that she didn’t file a lawsuit, but rather “went to a civil rights case” and “took it to The New York Times.”

Owens asked, “Was this just a way to save his reputation?” She then recalled her days as an intern at Glamor magazine. She recalled the remarks of her editor, who at the time called Lively the “most difficult” and “roughest” person she had ever met. “worked with,” adding that “people know it by heart.”

During the same episode, the 35-year-old commentator further criticized the actions of Lively, who “played the role of the victim” in the trial, calling it “modern day feminism on steroids.” She continued to lash out at the actress, calling her “extremely unpleasant.”

It’s not that. Owens also called out Amber Heard next to Lively. She said: “Amber Hurd came back and gave evidence. I think after she allegedly pooped on Johnny Depp’s bed, she should sit down for that post.” Before ending the episode, the commentator made it very clear that she was “Justin’s team.” Owens believed that the “Jane the Innocent” star ” will definitely win the lawsuit because her “money is on Blake Lively being wrong.”

Within days of Lively’s complaint in December 2024, Justin Baldoni sued The New York Times for $250 million, accusing the media of conspiring against the actor-director along with Lively’s team. Since both sides filed their cases, their respective attorneys have gone back and forth with accusations and new evidence.
