WICKED: FOR GOOD Video Reveals New Look for Elphaba Cynthia Erivo and Glinda Ariana Grande

With over $640 million worldwide, Evil quickly became the highest-grossing Broadway adaptation. Fortunately, since the sequel was filmed in parallel with the first half of this cult story, we will not have to wait long, Wicked: For Good flies into theaters.

It’s likely to be an even bigger hit, and we’d be shocked if Universal Pictures isn’t already planning various additions and expansions to the musical. However, the studio has already been downsized Evil on its knees by making it available on Digital so soon.

Despite this, the first look at Evil The film’s sequel hit the Internet today thanks to the special features included in the digital version of the film. Both Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba and Ariana Grande’s Glinda have aged since we last saw them, and they now have new looks.

Both leads also tease the evolution of their characters, with Enviro sharing his excitement about exploring Elphaba’s inner darkness. The Time Jump follows the Broadway version of the story, and those of you who have seen it will know that things get crazy from here on out.

Last year, directed by John M. Chu asked about the possibility The Wizard of OzDorothy is a big part Wicked: For Good. “Dorothy is on the show” – began the film director. “They have to cross and you can tease it a lot. I won’t say whether she is necessarily a character in the second film.”

“There’s a part of me that wants every Dorothy to be the Dorothy they want. And yet there is interaction and some transition. So I’ll leave that for Part Two.” Chu teased.
