Ford X/Twitter account publishes posts, deletes anti-Israel and pro-gas statements

On Tuesday morning, the company confirmed that X Ford Motor Company’s account had been “compromised” and the gas posts had been made without authorization.

“Our X account was briefly hacked and three posts were posted that were not authorized or published by Ford. They do not represent the point of view of Ford Motor Company,” the company wrote. “Ford and X are investigating this breach.”

According to the screenshots, the three deleted posts read: “Free Palestine”, “Israel is a terrorist state” and “ALL EYES ON GAZA”.

New York Rep. Richie Torres shared the deleted posts, saying the company was likely hacked by the pro-Palestinian movement.

After October 7, 2023, a number of social media accounts belonging to Jewish and pro-Israel groups were hacked pro-Palestinian groups – including the Jerusalem Post.

About Ford Motor Company

The Ford company was founded Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan in 1903, the company’s website confirms. Its headquarters are located in Dearborn, Michigan.

Although Ford made a name for himself in the automobile business, the Henry Ford Museum honored the name of the company’s founder anti-Semitic beliefs.

Between 1920 and 1922, Ford published a series of articles in the Dearborn Independent denouncing all things Jewish — blaming Jews for everything from wars to jazz music, according to the museum.

One of Ford’s most famous pieces was the editorial “The International Jew: The World’s Problem.”

“Ford saw the Jewish presence in everything he considered modern and distasteful—modern music, movies, theater, new styles of dress, and the loosening of social mores,” the museum claimed.
