Four teenagers arrested in London break and enter

CCTV footage of three teenagers breaking into the business led to the charges.

Just after 1 a.m. Tuesday, three youths were seen breaking a window at an office in the 300 block of Wellington Road.

The police arrived at the scene and spoke with witnesses and examined the area with a dog handler.

Four youths, who cannot be named under the Juvenile Criminal Justice Act, have been found. A teenager aged 15, 14 and 13. were charged with breaking and entering and larceny and disorderly conduct under $5,000. A 13-year-old boy was also charged with theft under $5,000.

An 11-year-old boy was also arrested, but was not charged and released.
