Sean “Diddy” Combs accused of drug use and sexual abuse of a 10-year-old An aspiring rapper claims in a new complaint that the founder of Bad Boy Records asked him how “badly he wanted to be a star” before the incident.

The lawsuit was filed under the name “John Doe” on Monday, Oct. 28, in New York County Supreme Court, according to a complaint obtained by PEOPLE. The plaintiff, now an adult, claimed in his complaint that he met Combs, now 54, during an “audition” in 2005 when he was just 10 years old.

He claims Combs said he could “make him a star” and asked him how “badly he wanted it,” according to the complaint. He claims he told Combs he would “do anything.”

The alleged victim claims someone else in the hotel room gave him soda and he felt “a little funny” after drinking it. He claims that Combs or one of Combs’ employees made the drink with drugs such as GHB and/or ecstasy, according to the complaint.

The accuser alleges that Combs then forced him to perform oral sex and threatened to harm his parents if he told anyone. He claims Combs said things like “sometimes you have to do the things you don’t want to do,” according to the complaint.

He also claims he “passed out” and when he woke up crying, his “anus and buttocks were in severe pain” and his “pants were unzipped,” according to the complaint.

He adds that he told his parents, but they “were scared of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse,” according to the complaint.

Along with Combs, the complaint names Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., Combs Global and Combs’ bad guy companies.

The plaintiff demands compensation for damages, which must be determined at a court hearing. They are among many persons represented by the law firm Buzbee filed civil suits against Combs alleging sexual assault and battery. At a press conference earlier in October, attorney Tony Busby of Houston announced that he represents more than 100 people who accuse Combs of wrongdoing.

Also on October 28 a a complaint was filed in New York County Supreme Court, accusing Combs of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy around 2008 while the teen was auditioning for an MTV reality series. Creating a group.
