Crews are responding to a house fire in Glen Oaks, the cause is under investigation

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Firefighters responded to an early morning house fire in Baton Rouge.

Just after 7 a.m., crews extinguished the blaze at a home in the 6200 block of Landis Drive near Glen Oaks Drive.

Firefighters from the Sixth District Fire Department and the Baton Rouge Fire Department responded to the scene.

There is no word on how the fire started. No casualties have been reported. The investigator establishes the reason.

Animal control was called to remove the dog from the house.
