(Society) Police seize and search DC Inside linked to ‘leaked essay’

Police investigating allegations that random Yonsei University essays were leaked online have seized and searched the online community “Dish Inside” where the related articles were posted.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Department’s Public Crime Investigation Unit seized and searched DC Inside’s headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul yesterday morning (the 28th) and collected data related to the Yonsei University essay leak controversy.

On the 12th, when Yonsei University had an essay exam, a post was posted on DC Inside with a detailed explanation saying that he had seen some of the questions before the exam started.

In the wake of controversy over the leak, Yonsei University filed a police complaint against six test takers, including two who videotaped and posted the test papers and posted them online, and four unidentified students on charges of obstructing business .
