The Sheridanverse is Sheridan’s shared television universe. It includes Yellowstone and other shows related to it, telling the saga of the Dutton family, which runs a large ranch in Montana.

Yellowstone serves as the heart of this universe, and its story revolves around the Dutton family’s struggle to maintain control of their land. Yellowstone debuted as an instant hit, combining intense family drama with the unique landscape of the American West. Its success made Sheridan a major force in television.

The series follows John Dutton, played by Kevin Costner, who faces threats from developers, competitors and even his own family. The show’s themes of power, family loyalty and legacy make it incredibly popular. Sheridan expanded Yellowstone story with prequels exploring the early history of the Dutton family.

1883 year tells the story of how the Duttons traveled from Texas to Montana. Set just after the Civil War, this series follows the struggles they face on their journey to make a home. Matthew McConaughey will play the main role, 2024 year will introduce new members of the Dutton family and likely expand the family’s story into new territories.

Not all Sheridan shows connect to Yellowstone. Some of his best works feature unique themes and characters. Starring Jeremy Renner, Mayor of Kingstown Tells about the McLusky family in a crime-ridden city. The series delves into issues such as corruption, racism and inequality apart from Yellowstone Universe.

Then there is Tulsa Kingstarring Sylvester Stallone, which tells the story of Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a New York mobster exiled to Oklahoma. Although it has western themes, it is not part of it Yellowstone.

He played Travis Whitley Yellowstone and made cameos 1883 yearalong with past roles in shows like Sons of Anarchy.
