KUWAIT CITY, December 15: The State Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced in the official Kuwait Alyoum newspaper that the residential addresses of 255 people have been removed either based on the declaration of the owner or due to the demolition of the building, Al-Seyassah daily reported. PACI said these individuals must visit the authority’s office to register their new addresses after providing the necessary supporting documents within 30 days of publication in the official gazette. Failure to do so will result in the penalty provided for in Article 33 of Law No. 32/1982, which includes a fine of up to KD 100 multiplied by the number of persons involved
