During the shooting in Minneapolis, a man was seriously injured, the suspect is not in custody

A man was seriously injured in a shooting in Minneapolis Monday night.

Law enforcement responded to a report of a shooting in the 3500 block of Columbus Avenue on Monday.

Eyewitness News photographer 5 photographed Minneapolis officers who surrounded the house and tried to contact the person. At one point, the drone was seen flying into the residence.

Police say the suspect in the shooting fled the scene and is not in custody.

The police say that no other victims were found at the scene.
