PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says deputies have arrested Nicholas Farley on multiple charges related to election interference and intimidation As of Monday afternoon, Farley was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail. The arrest comes after the Palm Beach County District Attorney’s Office said it would not tolerate any voter intimidation or interference. Here’s what PBSO shared BocaNewsNow.com:

“On October 3, 2024, deputies were dispatched to Akridge Community Park in response to a report of a man, later identified as Nicholas Farley, yelling racial slurs from a white Sprinter van. Arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers found that the person had disappeared from the scene.

The next incident involving Farley occurred on October 24, 2024, at Akridge Library. Farley was in the same car making racist comments and playing loud racist music. His actions included shouting threatening remarks about a particular Jewish candidate, which alarmed and frightened several individuals, including the victim, who felt too intimidated to vote. Farley also drove recklessly through the parking lot, adding to the intimidation.

Deputies located Nicholas Farley at that home, where he was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.”

Farley is officially charged with “intimidation, corrupt influence on voting, threats, threats” and “election laws: use of force (or) violence to compel a particular vote.” He is being held on $200,000 bail. Farley lives on 83rd Street in West Palm Beach, according to jail records.
