Sean “Diddy” Combs On Monday, another alarming lawsuit was filed he is in federal prison in Brooklyn awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. The new plaintiff says he was a 10-year-old aspiring rapper when Combs allegedly drugged and raped him at a New York hotel in 2005 during an alleged audition.

The new complaint was filed by prominent Houston attorney Tony Busby and his California colleague Andrew Van Arsdale as the latest in a series of lawsuits from anonymous plaintiffs who allege they were sexually assaulted by Combs. Many of the plaintiffs alleged that they were secretly drugged, coerced into non-consensual sex, and threatened into silence.

In a new lawsuit filed in New York state court in Manhattan, John Doe says his parents accompanied him to Manhattan to meet with music industry executives, including Combs, to promote his career. He says a counselor hired by his parents took him to a hotel room and then left him with Combs. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was given soda that he believed was laced with drugs.

“After Plaintiff drank the soda and began to experience its effects, Combs told Plaintiff to come closer to him, which Plaintiff did. Combs then violently pushed the plaintiff down and said the following words: “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do,” the lawsuit alleges. “After the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless inserted his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and continued to thrust it in and out repeatedly.” Plaintiff claims that he “froze with terror,” passed out, and later awoke with his pants down and pain in his anus and buttocks. (A representative for Combs did not immediately respond to a request for comment.)

The new plaintiff claims his parents later noticed something was wrong. He says he told them what had allegedly happened and that they “were scared of the potential consequences of reporting violence.” He claimed to suffer from severe depression and anxiety and had to be home-schooled after the alleged incident.

Buzbee previously filed 13 lawsuits against Combs in two waves October 14 and October 20but Combs’ current legal troubles date back to last November, when his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, sued her rape and sex-trafficking lawsuit against him Combs settled with Ventura within 24 hours. In her disturbing complaint, Ventura accused Combs of repeatedly physically abusing her and forcing her to engage in high-profile, drug-fueled sexual relationships known as “freaks.”

Two more women came forward with allegations of rape in the week after Ventura’s lawsuit made global headlines. Several others filed similar lawsuits in the months that followed, leading to a parallel criminal investigation Combs was indicted by a grand jury last month. Martial music mogul, 54, did not admit his guilt. His trial is scheduled to begin next May.

On Friday, the judge handling Combs’ criminal case issued an order saying he expects all parties to comply with evidentiary rules and keep confidential classified information about Combs’ criminal case secret until the trial begins. Judge Arun Subramanian of the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York issued his directive after Combs’ lawyers accused federal officials of leaking information to the media.

“To be clear, this order is not based on findings of any wrongdoing, as the court has not made any findings at this time regarding the defendant’s allegations of leaking information related to the case,” the judge said. wrote “The purpose of this order is to ensure that nothing happens henceforth that would interfere with a fair trial.”

If convicted, Combs faces at least 15 years in prison and up to life in prison. In a statement earlier this month, Combs’ camp called the stream of lawsuits from Buzbee “a clear attempt at publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team are fully confident in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the trial. In a court of law, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, male or female,” Combs’ media team said in a statement.
