A person who is in custody after the death of a teenager

LINCOLNTON, NC – An arrest has been made in connection with the death of a missing teenager whose body was found in Lincoln County.

Sidney Bisson’s body was found early Sunday morning off Highway 150 in Boger City.

The man, Gregory Houser, 34, is in custody in connection with Bisson’s death. Houser agreed to surrender after detectives called him on the phone.

He was arrested at a relative’s home on Clemson Lane in Lincoln County around 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Warrants were issued for one felony count of concealing and failing to report a death. Houser also has pending charges from Catawba, Lincoln, Mecklenburg and Gaston counties.

Gaston County Court Services placed Hauser on pretrial electronic monitoring, requiring him to wear an ankle monitor. Now he is also accused of counterfeiting this device.
