Woman from Tierras pleads no contest to 3 felonies

TIERAS, NM (KRQE) – A A woman from Tierras is accused of terrorism her neighbors, who threatened and even broke into one of their homes, pleaded not guilty to her three accusations on Thursday. In January 2023, the investigators said 45-year-old Tina Garcia targeted her neighborsshot into the air and the house, and threatened another family.

An Albuquerque man has been convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend

In court, Garcia pleaded no contest to three felony charges, including aggravated battery and assault. The court agreed to sentence Garcia in January.
