Adkins was accused of:

  • Three Annex II CDS distribution points
  • Three counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II CDS
  • One count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I CS
  • Four counts of possession of legendary drugs
  • Two counts of unlawfully carrying a weapon
  • Two counts of unlawful use of CDS in the presence of minors
  • One item on transactions related to the proceeds of drug-related crimes

AND social media post by FPSO specifically said: “these deadly pills were in the house where the children lived and were easily accessible to them. It is beyond comprehension that anyone could or would want to be so reckless. Our narcotics enforcement team rarely finds fentanyl mixed to some degree in most street drugs.”

Adkins is being held on $825,000 bond.
