ONE 169 Live Results & Highlights – Malikhin vs. Kane, Rodtang vs. Smith 2

ONE Championship returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday (November 8) for the three-fight ONE 169 card.

The main event will see ONE three-time champion Anatoly Malikhin defend his heavyweight belt for the first time when he takes on Umar “Rug Reg” Kane.

Malikhin is undefeated in his MMA career and has won four straight in ONE title fight, while Kane enters the night having defeated three former undefeated MMA fighters before he won his kickboxing debut with a first round finish in July

ONE championship gold will also be one of the night’s Muay Thai main events when Rodtang Jitmuangnon takes on Jacob Smith in a rematch of their 2022 meeting.

Rodtang was stripped of his Muay Thai title before the ONE 169 Co-Main Event

Rodtang was unfortunately stripped of the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai title when he missed out at ONE 169, but Smith is still eligible to win the title if he can avenge his previous loss to Iron Man.

The night will also feature a third title fight as Jackie Buntan and Anissa Mexen meet to crown the first ONE Women’s Kickboxing Bantamweight Champion, and former ONE three-time titleholder Adriano Moraes returns for a rematch with Danny Kingad.

Other standout bouts of the night include a key heavyweight clash between Marcus Buchecha and Amir Aliakbari, while grappling phenom Kade Ruotolo will also compete in MMA for the second time when he takes on Ahmed Mujtaba, among many other exciting bouts.
