Government returns land allocated for Shurer Dhara to Rezwana Chowdhury Bonna

The government has returned the land earlier allocated for renowned artist Rabindra Sangeet Rezwana Chowdhury Bonna’s Shurer Dhara School of Music in Dhaka’s Lalmatiya area.

As per Ministry of Lands official letter dated November 7, 2024, the land (0.5120 acres) was earlier allotted to Shurer Dhari Rezwana Chowdhury Bonny.

The Ministry of Lands has also directed the relevant authorities to take necessary action in accordance with this directive.

So far, Rezwana Chowdhury Bonna has not released any statement regarding the decision.
