Sheriff: Fultonville woman drove drunk with child in car | News

GLEN. A Fultonville woman was driving drunk with a young child in her car Sunday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s officials said Friday.

Heather M. Beebe, 38, of Fultonville, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, felonies, one with a prior DWI conviction and the other with a child in the car, officials said.

Deputies stopped her car Sunday in Glen after a traffic complaint that originated in Fonda, officials said.

According to officials, there was a child under the age of 2 in her car.

According to officials, she was tested for sobriety and arrested.

Deputies also discovered Beebe was driving with a suspended license and was currently on probation for a felony DWI, officials said.

The child was released to another adult at the scene, officials said.

Bibi later refused chemical testing to determine her blood alcohol level, officials said.

The felony DWI charge she faces comes with prior citations for two or more prior DWI convictions.

She was brought to court and taken into custody.
