Fresno police report arresting suspects in murder

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Fresno police have announced arrests in two separate unsolved homicide cases.

Detectives arrested 34-year-old Herrick Franklin for the murder of 33-year-old Tyler Hamon.

Hamon was shot and killed last Friday at the Windscape Apartments in northwest Fresno.

Franklin was located and arrested by the Madera County Sheriff’s Office. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail on one count of murder.

The other arrest is related to the 2023 killing of 21-year-old Adrianna Gonzalez in southwest Fresno.

Fresno police said officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department were investigating a suspicious vehicle when they contacted a passenger who gave them a fictitious name.

The man was later identified as 23-year-old Devin Miliky Senegal, one of three suspects wanted in Gonzalez’s murder.

Las Vegas Metro Police arrested Senegal on suspicion of DUI and an outstanding warrant for murder, and he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

On November 11, 2023, Gonzalez was shot and then run over in the parking lot of Wayne’s Liquor near California Avenue and Fresno Street.

Police are still looking for 26-year-old Aamina Norman, who was identified as the shooter, and 29-year-old Sabrina Acosta-Ramirez, who is believed to be involved in the shooting.
