Father killed daughter’s ex-boyfriend after he threatened to release nude photos of her, authorities say

LONGVIEW, Texas. (KLTV/Gray News ) – A 42-year-old Texas man has been convicted of killing a man after he allegedly threatened to release nude photos of his stepdaughter, authorities said.

Back in 2015, deputies were called to his car in a ravine in the area of Old Highway 135 and Smallwood Road in Liberty City

That’s where investigators found John Allen Franco in his truck with a single gunshot wound to the upper left side of his head.

According to the witness, 42-year-old Jesse Clifford Brown and two other men stopped next to them.

Brown then allegedly got out of the car and shot Franco through the driver’s side window.

A witness told investigators that Brown wanted to attack the ex-boyfriend because he threatened to show nude photos of his stepdaughter.

On Friday, after three hours of deliberations, the jury found Brown guilty of murder. He was sentenced to 40 years, This is reported by KLTV.

Brown must also pay $10,000 for Franco’s murder.
