Dash cam captures bicycle reported stolen from porch in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville resident’s bicycle was stolen from his driveway early Friday morning.

Officers say it is a blue Schwinn tricycle.

The camera footage shows the suspect taking a bicycle from the driveway and riding off-screen.

Patricia Montgomery says they just bought a bike for their daughter, who has cerebral palsy, but she hadn’t ridden it before it was stolen.

He says they saved up money for a bicycle, but now they won’t be able to buy another one for their daughter.
