Clarksville Police are working on two separate crashes

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) says they are currently on the scene of two separate accidents involving injuries.

The first crash happened on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard at Old Trenton Road shortly before 7 p.m., CPD said. The accident occurred with the participation of two cars.

One person from the crash was airlifted to Nashville, but her condition is unknown at this time.

Police said only one lane was open on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. The second crash happened just after 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of Golf Club Lane and Memorial Drive.

CPD said two motorcycles and a car were involved in this crash, and the condition of the injured is unknown.

Drivers are asked to find an alternate route until both incidents are cleared.

Fatal Accident Investigators (FACT) are on their way to each scene.
