Brampton shooting death: 2 more charged

Police have charged two more people in connection with a fatal shooting in Brampton back in August.

Peel Regional Police were called to a home at Millstone Drive and St Tropez Court just before 1 a.m. on Aug. 30 about a suspicious vehicle.

When they arrived, police said they found a man shot inside the car. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. Police said that at the request of the family, the identity of the victim is not being released.

in September police charged 23-year-old Parmveer Singh with first degree murder.

In a news broadcast on Saturdaypolice said they charged two more people in connection with the shooting.

Police have charged Manvir Khabra, 21, and an 18-year-old Brampton man with involuntary manslaughter. The accusation has not been tested in court.

Officers said because the 18-year-old was a juvenile at the time of the incident, his identity is protected by provisions of the Juvenile Criminal Justice Act.

CTV News Toronto received video which appears to show the moments before the victim is killed.

In the video, an SUV can be seen parked on the side of the road and someone can be heard demanding to be let inside. The SUV then drives off, and soon after, what sounds like gunshots are heard. Four people can be seen fleeing the area.
