Diddy grand jury details footage of celebrity victims of rapper, report says

A witness who claims to have videos of celebrity abuse rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs will appear before a grand jury, a new report says.

Ariel Mitchell, a lawyer representing the witness, said her client had been subpoenaed to testify before grand jury on Thursday CNN reports Mitchell, who represented the other two women who brought allegations of abuse v. Combs, told the publication that the witness has evidence related to the rapper’s allegations of sexual assault and other crimes. Another source told the publication that the witness claims to have footage of the abuse. The witness is not a potential victim.

Some of the people who have faced alleged abuse include other celebrities, according to CNN. Mitchell identified the witness, but CNN is not releasing his name.

Combs, a rapper and music mogul who has helped develop the careers of some of the biggest stars of recent years, was arrested in September on sex-trafficking and racketeering charges. Federal prosecutors allege that Combs and his accomplices threatened abusing and forcing women and other people around him to “fulfill his sexual desires.”

This allegedly involves forcing victims to take part in a recorded sexual act, which he called “Freak Off”.

Prosecutors told CNN that a state investigation into the rapper has been ongoing since his arrest. One source even told the paper that people with new allegations and witnesses have been meeting with federal prosecutors since September.

“The grand jury is always convened,” a source familiar with the case told CNN. “This is an ongoing investigation.”

“The grand jury never stopped,” another source told the publication.

Combs could face more than 100 new lawsuits just two weeks after he was arrested by federal agents in New York.

Music mogul also recently received a $100 million settlement on Sept. 9 for allegedly sexually assaulting Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith at a 1997 party.

Then, on Monday, there was Combs hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of drug use and sexual violence two boys The lawsuits say they were minors at the time, and one of them was only 10 years old.

The hip-hop artist’s attorney called Combs “an innocent man with nothing to hide.”

“We are disappointed in the decision to continue what we believe to be an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs by the United States Attorney’s Office,” his attorney, Mark Anyifilo, said earlier. The Independent.
