Man wearing Michael Myers Halloween mask seen leaving Harris County murder scene, neighbors say

Harris County detectives are investigating what led to the death of a man who was found shot to death in his garage.

Deputies with Precinct 4 and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said they received several calls about shots fired on Hawks Nest Drive near Ella Boulevard. and Shut shopping center around 10 – 11 p.m

When officers arrived, they found the man’s body in his garage with multiple gunshot wounds. There were also family members in the house who were not injured.

Homicide Detective Sergeant M Ritchie said neighbors reported seeing a person wearing a Michael Myers-style Halloween mask leaving the area, but they were not sure if the person had fired the shots.

No additional details have been released at the time of this writing, but officials are continuing to investigate, looking for witnesses and surveillance cameras in the area.
