Hyderabad Momos Death: Six Arrested In Contaminated Food Case | Hyderabad news

Six arrested for momo-related death in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Six persons have been arrested Banjara Hills Police of Hyderabad city in connection with the death of a woman after consuming momos. The accused have been identified as Almas, 23, Sajid Hussain, Dr. Rais, Dr. Sharukh, Dr. Hanif, 21, and Dr. Rajeek, 19. The accused ran a momos socket in Khairatabad, Hyderabad, police said.
Police said that after eating momo bought from the stall of the accused, the deceased, identified as Reshma Begumand her two daughters fell ill. Later, Reshma died and her children recovered later. Several other people who consumed momos from the same store also fell ill.
According to the fact of the incident, which became known on October 28, the police initiated a criminal case against premeditated murder does not constitute murder and sealed momos stall.
