Will the age of 14 be blamed as an adult of a major falling case?

One suspect, a 14-year-old boy who is now accused of trying to deliberately murder appeared in court through ZOOM from the Center of Diocence of Juvenile District Cascade on Tuesday at the first stage of hearing.

The court will eventually decide whether the case will be trial in the district court or the suspect will be judged in the youth court.

The court heard the testimony of four witnesses, including his wife, Jake Kristin, who discussed his continuing road to recovery.

She said, “I just said what happened at first, and about the process we experienced with recovery, and about many transfers, establishments, and how he is doing more therapy now. And then in March we have to return to Craig ( in Colorado) to make a few more grades to make more outpatient therapy. ”

Other witnesses included a response officer at the scene of the attack, which testified that the minor had thrown the first blow during the attack according to the observation personnel, and a minor probation who discussed the history of the suspect with law enforcement.

The next stage of the hearing is scheduled for the next month, where the decision will be decided whether the trial will continue in the district court.

Another suspect, 19-year-old Ferigo ethane Ferigo, has pleaded guilty to robbery last month and threatens to 40 years in Montana. He is now waiting for a sentence.

The third suspect, 19-year-old Shaun Deberry, was accused of increasing attack and has the date of trial set for the next month.
