A person involved in December, confrontation begs innocent | News, sports, work

The Warren’s man involved in the confrontation in December has found innocent accusations against him.

Darrell L. Martemus, 36 years old, was accused of on December 20, a sharpened attack, a crime of class 1, terrorist threats with intention to terrorize another, a class 3 crime, unlawful restraint/serious bodily harm, a simple attack and harassment. Two charges of committing a crime, a deterioration of the first degree attack, and terrorist threats of the third degree with the intention to terrorize the other were removed before on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Konewang police responded to the reported attack at 17:33 on December 20 and spoke with a woman who said she had attacked Martemus inside her home. The woman said Martemus allegedly got drunk earlier, and when she tried to leave, Martemus destroyed her phone and then hit her with his fist with his fist several times while the woman was on the ground. Then the woman said that Martemus police grabbed her hair to keep her inside the house when she tried to escape.

“While talking to…. She stated she was afraid of her life and believed that Mr. Martemus would cause serious bodily harm or death ” Certificate of likely causes of states. The woman reported police that the 9th gun was inside the residence during the attack.

After the woman was taken to the General Hospital of Warren for treatment, the police saw a man inside the house, but Martemus refused to answer the door.

Konewang police called the Pennsylvania State Police and the District Prosecutor’s Office of Warren and created a perimeter around the house. Several apartments were evacuated in the village of Allegheny, an apartment complex. The police used a loudspeaker to try to get Martemus from home, but, according to an officer who wrote a statement about a probable cause, Martemus did not leave the house before the officer received a arrest warrant.

“Check records shows that the defendant is a convicted crime and should not have a firearm possession” The help states. “The defendant has a great criminal history and has not reported, and has violated the terms of the conditional term and conditionally -diligent dismissal.”

The police decided to confront at about 3:30 am on December 21.
