Dashcam video obtained by FOX 5 shows the moments police and emergency responders arrived at the scene of a double homicide in Herndon. After months of investigation, police later learned that the shooting of Joseph Ryan was part of a larger plot between landlady Juliana Perez Magallias and her employer, Brendan Benfield, to kill Benfield’s wife, Christine. The 37-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband, who is now charged with her and Ryan’s murder. Perez Magalhas entered into a plea deal.
