The teenager pleads his guilt in the attack after stabbing a neighbor in the south of Buffalo

Buffalo, Ny (WKBW) – The teenager pleaded guilty on charges of attack after stabbing on Seneca Street in South Buffalo in November 2024.

Erie’s district prosecutor’s office announced that a 17-year-old Buffalo boy pleaded guilty on Wednesday before Brandman’s youth part Judge for one first degree of attack.

The district prosecutor’s office stated that on November 1, 2024, the Buffalo police responded to a chipping report in the 1900 quarter on Seneca Street. The teenager deliberately stabbed a 43-year-old man with a pocket knife during a dispute in the neighborhood. The man was taken an ambulance at the ECMC and was hospitalized within a few days after the injury surgery.

The teenager threatens a maximum of 25 years in prison and is planned to be sentenced to March 19. According to the district prosecutor’s office, if given to the youth status of offenders, the maximum sentence is from 1 to 4 years in prison. It remains detained in custody of the Erie’s youth services.
