Former TJ COX Valley Congresses pleads guilty for 2 falsification of wire fraud

Fresno, California (Kfsn) – The former Congressman of the Valley is waiting to find out about his punishment after the fault of the fault on two points of fraud.

The US Prosecutor’s Office reports that 61-year-old TJ Coke made a request on Monday.

In 2022, the Grand Jury accused him of 28 charges of committing crimes, including fraud with wire, money laundering and a campaign contribution.

Court’s documents show that Coke has created illegal bank accounts for clients and money of the company from 2013 to 2018.

They also show that coke fraudulently received a $ 1.5 million loan for granite park development in the Central Fresno.

The former representative was elected in 2018 and lost an application for re -election in 2020 Republican David Valadao.

His guilt agreement rejected most of these accusations against him.

Coke is planned to be sentenced in June.

He now faces up to 30 years in prison and a fine of $ 1 million.
