A woman allegedly got into a bar manager with a bottle | Guam news

The woman is accused of breaking a glass bottle of beer on the head of the Tumon Bar Manager.

Around 12:55 am, Sunday, police officers Huama were complaining at the Tumon Bar and, responding, found two women at the argument, which forced the police to separate them.

Subsequently, the officers talked to one of the women, a bar manager who identified another woman as Jean Ji Zjan, a bar worker. The manager then stated that two women “entertain the client and spend time” when Zhang had several alcoholic beverages and “became angry for unknown reasons”, – said the Magistrate’s complaint, filed with Human High Court.

“(The victim reported that a hot argument began between them, at that time (the defendant) raised a bottle of beer and hit (the) victim on the side of the ride in his head, causing the bottle to break. (victims) that prompted (the victim) to call the police, “the court’s documents said.

After a stroke with a bottle of beer, the victim noticed the blood dripping from the right inner ear and left the bar to wait for the police, but Zhang allegedly followed her and continued to argue with the victim, the complaint said.

The officers tried to talk to Zhang at the scene, but she did not respond to questioning and continued to speak aloud, according to the complaint.

“(The defendant was unable to maintain the balance. Causing anxiety with other patrons of different establishments,” the complaint said.

Zhang was not interviewed through the language barrier and was restrained and placed in the GPD patrol. Zhang allegedly “continued his drunken tirade, grabbing the police and hitting the window in the patrol car cage,” the documents read.

Zhang was accused of increased attack as a third -degree crime and public drunkenness and violation as a violation.
