Arcade woman pleads guilty in rape, threatening a child’s welfare

Warsawa, New York (WKBW)-Wayoming Prosecutor declared that 38-year-old Anna L. Holland from Arcades found guilty on numerous charges, including:

• One quantity of rape third degree
• Seven cases of welfare of a child
• Five first degree counts illegally deal with a child

The district prosecutor’s office stated that Holland recognized that in the summer of 2024 she had a sexual act with a child who was not 17 years old. The indictment conducts four years in NYS prison with 10 years of supervision after release.
According to DA, the sentence was postponed until April 10, and the Holland, which was under pledge, was released to the preliminary trial program.
