Queen Dami is writing a note to herself

  • Queen Dami wrote a heartfelt letter to herself, noting how beautiful, strong, kind, supportive and loyal she is.
  • She described herself as the true definition of a good woman as she encouraged herself not to feel less than herself and not let anyone break her down.

Queen Dami, ex-wife of the late Alaafin of Oyo State, Oba Lamidi Adeyeye, took to social media to share a heartfelt note.

The publication appeared against the background of an ongoing online dispute legal threat from the late Alaafin’s daughters.

It will be recalled that Queen Dami recently gave an interview to Esabod, which caused controversy. During the interview, she mentioned the name of the late monarch several times.

Taking action against the widow, Aminat, daughter of the dead king, sent a note from her siblings to Dami.

They threatened to sue if she mentioned their father’s name in future interviews or online.

The letter stresses that Dami is not the only widow of the late king, but that her behavior has become “increasingly uncomfortable and unacceptable”.

In a recent note to herself, Queen Dami acknowledged her own strengths and qualities, describing herself as beautiful, strong, kind, supportive and loyal.

She encouraged herself to stay confident and not let anyone undermine her self-esteem.

Queen Dami reminded the audience that everyone faces difficulties, but it is important to pick yourself up and keep moving forward, trusting in a higher power.

She wrote:

“Dear OLUWADAMILOLA

You are beautiful, you are strong, you are kind, you are supportive, you are loyal, you are the very definition of a good woman, you are ENOUGH!
Don’t let anyone make you feel less than, don’t let anyone break you! You do the best you can.
Dear readers, no matter what you are going through in life, pick yourself up and carry on, God will always come, trust Him.”
