Milloukey’s husband was criminally liable for charges of organizing numerous fires in Miluoka. The prosecutor’s office says that 33-year-old Jamal Davis caused two separate fires in an apartment building and another fire in the garage.

According to a criminal complaint, Miluoukee police was sent to Greenwich Park Apartments-Meritcy Houssing, located on Farrevel Avenue near Thomas Avenue, in connection with the “subject issue” incident on January 6.

When the police arrived, they talked with the property service manager who reported that on January 6, the unknown entered the front lobby of the building to sleep.

On January 7, the maintenance manager stated that he noticed damage to the carpet in the front lobby – there were traces of burning on the carpet, and pieces of burnt clothes were lying on the floor.

The maintenance manager said police that he then decided to review the records from the surveillance cameras. According to the complaint, the footage shows how the man went to the building around 22:14 and set fire to part of his clothes.

When the fire began, the man allegedly lay nearby. Subsequently, the fire managed to extinguish on its own, but the fire alarm worked, and when it worked, the video shows how the man was collecting the remaining things and leaves the building, said in a criminal statement.

On January 14, Milokie Police responded again by Greenwich Park Apartments-Mercy Housing to complain about property damage.

When the police arrived at the scene, she talked with the home maintenance manager, who reported that the man he had repeatedly seen asleep in the lobby of the building, entered the building again to sleep.

According to the complaint, the observation chambers shows that the man entered the building on January 14 and set fire to a small piece of paper in one corner of the lobby.

Later, the video was allegedly visible how the man set fire to the T -shirt. Then he held a T -shirt in his hands until she was burning before putting it on the ground. The fire spilled over into a container with salt, which was nearby in the vestibule. Subsequently, the fire expanded, causing damage to the carpet and plasterboard of the vestibule, the statement said.

The maintenance manager informed the police that the repair cost about $ 4,000. According to the court’s materials, when the fire alarm worked, the man was allegedly noticed on the observation chamber when he left the building.

According to the complaint, Milukey police responded to Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s on Prospect Avenue because of a complaint about property damage.

The police, when arriving at the scene, talked with a person who reported that a fire had a fire in the garage. This person stated that she watched a video from the surveillance cameras depicting the entity that ignites the fire in the lobby of the elevator on the 2nd floor of the garage.

Watching the video from the surveillance cameras, the police noticed how the subject went to the garage on January 13 at 23:55. The footage shows how the subject removed his jacket after entering the garage and lay down on the ground. Then the subject lies near the jacket and set it on fire at about 23:57, using a pocket lighter.

The subject remained before the fire until at 12:02 the fire alarm. Then the subject ran out of the lobby in an unknown direction.

On January 15, police responded to a “suspicious person” statement at the intersection of Northern Avenue and Avenue.

Arriving at the scene, police realized that the man corresponded to the description of the wanted person who was involved in three separate incidents in the area related to the fire.

A man who was later identified as Jamal Davis was taken into custody.

On January 17, the court appointed Jamal Davis’s competence. The doctor’s conclusion should be on February 12.
