Lebanese was detained for theft and attack on the officer

Lebanon-January 13, the Lebanon Police Department responded to the theft of Jake’s Market & Deli, which led to the identification and further arrest of 23-year-old Jacob Fagans of Berlington, Vermont.

The authorities issued a Fagans arrest warrant on charges of theft by unauthorized capture after a local gastronom incident.

About two weeks, January 24, police found Fagans in Miracle Mile.

According to police, he resisted the detainee, did not perform the officers’ teams and attacked the officer during the detention, hitting him with his feet.

Fagans now has been charged with several accusations, including theft by unauthorized capture, ordinary attack, arrest resistance and bail violation – all this is a misdemeanor of class A.

The charges of releasing the bail are related to the previous incident on December 14, 2024, when Fagans was arrested for hooliganism and arrest resistance.

After the last arrest, Fagans was released under personal pledge.

It should appear to file accusations in the 2nd District Court of Lebanon on April 7.
