Eldon’s husband pleaded guilty in the case of shooting children

Eldon’s husband pleaded guilty to a charge related to death of a child who accidentally shot himself.

Albert Keel pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child resulting in the death of a child.

The incident occurred on January 14, 2024, when police responded to a call on North Mill Street. They found a guy with a gunshot wound to the head.

Kiel stayed up until 6 a.m. playing video games and forgot to secure the firearm before going to bed, according to court documents.

At some point, the child took hold of the gun.

Keelu’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 12, 2025.
