Fans of “Silent Witness” say the same thing about the new series | TV and radio Show business and television

Viewers of the BBC’s Silent Witness couldn’t help but scratch their heads as they pointed to the dimly lit scenes during the latest episode of the forensic drama.

Dr. Nikki Alexander (Emilia Fox) and her team are back for another thrilling episode as they investigate the brutal murder of a real estate agent who was bludgeoned to death with a hammer.

When the team arrived at the crime scene, a newly constructed building, fans noticed that they had not turned on the lights, instead relying on torches to navigate the dark and bloody space.

This led to a flurry of comments on social media, with one viewer joking: “The lighting budget for this show must be less than a tenner.”

Others echoed this sentiment, asking, “Why don’t they turn on the lights?” and “Why don’t they turn on the lights instead of using torches?”

One puzzled viewer even pointed out the discrepancy, saying: “So the new building has water but no electricity?”

The dim lighting made it difficult for fans to understand what was going on and took to social media to express their confusion.

Although viewers struggled to understand the unfolding of events, the first part of the exciting storyline captivated many as they found out who was behind the death of the real estate agents.

Viewers have received rave reviews for the programme, with one fan exclaiming: “My God, there was so much in it! Even with my short attention span! Although I am slowly starting to gather to the end. Can’t wait for part 2 tomorrow.”

Another shared his admiration for the star-studded performances, noting: “Such a good cast tonight, I swear we were screaming ‘I recognize them!’ in almost every scene,” reports Plymouth Live.

A third enthusiast wrote: “So much going on in that first episode but I’m loving it as always!!”

And a fourth expressed his thanks, saying: “Great episode again. Great to see Zoe Telford reprising her role from S18. Emilia, David, Fran, Maggie and all the rest of the cast and crew, it’s been great.”
