The leaders were seen together during the state funeral of their predecessor, Jimmy Carter. The event was held at the Washington National Cathedral.

Alistair Clisham, a member of the Conservative Party of Great Britain and Canada, fueled the online debate by saying: “Kamala Harris is hated and shunned by everyone. Perfectly”.

In the video, Trump, sitting next to Obama, engages in friendly dialogue before the start of the program.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama was absent from the event.

Trump also exchanged greetings with former Vice President Mike Pence.

Vice President Harris, accompanied by a second gentleman, Doug Emhoff, took her seat in the front row.
